Chain Fan Electrical Industry Corp. is one of Taiwan leading manufacturers of electric motors and fans in home appliance field since 1983.

In 2002 they cooperated operations with Welly which provided customised motor products (AC and DC) to meet global customer satisfaction and various parts as well from hi-speed stamping and punching, die casting, plastic injection machines. Also they have the ability to assemble complete fans. Meanwhile, Welly is certified to ISO 9001 in 2003 and ISO 14001 in 2006.
